Day one, we'll execute an onboarding process, specific to your organization, which will provide our staff detailed stakeholder overviews, as well as, a fundamental understanding of your organization’s culture, team dynamics, tools and processes to minimize our ramp up time. During project closeout, we provide training and complete knowledge transfer of services to ensure seamless transition of roles, responsibilities and products.
