Shared Calendar — every appointment in one place, with one-tap joining for telehealth visits
-
Tasks — assign and track caregiving to-dos across the whole team
-
Care Circle — invite family members, home health aides, or other caregivers into a private, shared circle
-
Voice Notes — record doctor visits so nothing gets lost
-
Secure Documents — store insurance cards, care plans, and medical records with explicit consent controls
-
Weekly Reports — an automatic summary of what happened each week, for anyone who couldn't be there

COMMUNITY IMPACT
Strengthening Communities Through Education, Health, and Caregiving Support
At J.T. Cosley & Associates, we believe our impact extends beyond consulting. Through our community-focused initiatives, educational resources, and caregiving solutions, we work to improve health outcomes, strengthen families, and support underserved populations.
Women's Health Education
Through From Puberty to Menopause: Two Transitions. One Conversation and its companion educator resources, we support schools, educators, parents, and community organizations in promoting greater awareness of women's health across the lifespan.
Our goal is to help young women better understand the physical, emotional, and behavioral changes associated with puberty while also helping families recognize the similarities between puberty and menopause. By encouraging open conversations, we aim to improve health literacy, reduce stigma, and create opportunities for earlier recognition of mental health challenges that may be influenced by hormonal and emotional changes.
From Puberty to Menopause Project
From Puberty to Menopause: Two Transitions. One Conversation.
Mental health stigma was transformed through education and open conversation. Menopause is where mental health was thirty years ago. The change begins in our schools.
"When girls grow up knowing about menopause, they navigate it better, advocate for themselves more effectively, and support the women in their lives with more compassion."
This project provides a bridge between generations, offering insights into the hormonal journeys that shape women's lives. Available now for educators and community leaders.
Supporting Military Families
Through Pathway Distance Care™, we support active-duty service members, veterans, military spouses, National Guard members, Reserve members, and long-distance caregivers who are helping aging loved ones from afar.
Our services help military families coordinate care, navigate healthcare systems, and stay connected to loved ones despite distance, deployment, or relocation.
Leveraging Technology to Improve Care Coordination
Through DunnCare™, we are working to strengthen communication between families, caregivers, patients, and healthcare providers. By improving care coordination and family engagement, DunnCare helps families stay informed, organized, and connected during some of life's most challenging caregiving situations.
DunnCare also provides valuable support to military families by enabling remote participation in caregiving activities and healthcare decisions regardless of where service takes them.
Our Commitment
We are committed to creating meaningful impact through education, innovation, caregiving support, and community engagement. Because healthier communities begin with informed individuals, supported families, and accessible solutions.
LEADERSHIP
Tonia Cosley, MSA, PMP
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tonia Cosley is a Program Management Executive, Public Health Strategist, Technology Consultant, Educator, Author, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience leading complex initiatives across government, healthcare, public health, and technology sectors. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) dedicated to helping organizations navigate change, improve performance, and achieve mission-critical objectives.
Tonia's career began on Capitol Hill, where she served as a Press Secretary for a Member of Congress. In that role, she worked on legislative and constituent issues involving women's health, grandparenting, aging, and emerging technology policy. This early experience sparked a lifelong passion for public service, public health, advocacy, and helping individuals and families navigate complex systems.
Building on that foundation, Tonia went on to lead enterprise-wide initiatives involving technology modernization, cybersecurity governance, PMO development, organizational change management, business process improvement, healthcare transformation, and public health programs for organizations including the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Justice, U.S. Census Bureau, Federal Reserve Board, Department of Defense, and other public-sector organizations.
Her expertise spans program and project management, technology strategy, public health consulting, healthcare innovation, enterprise governance, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and organizational transformation. She has managed multi-million-dollar programs and contracts, developed governance frameworks, established and matured Project Management Offices (PMOs), supported enterprise architecture initiatives, led technology modernization efforts, and guided organizations through periods of significant change and growth.
In addition to her consulting and technology leadership experience, Tonia is passionate about health education, healthy aging, caregiving, and community engagement. Her work with organizations serving older adults, including AARP, further strengthened her commitment to supporting seniors, caregivers, military families, and communities facing healthcare and aging-related challenges.
As an educator, advocate, and entrepreneur, Tonia developed Pathway SeniorCare Solutions™ and DunnCare™ to help families navigate caregiving responsibilities, healthcare transitions, and long-distance care coordination. These initiatives reflect her belief that families deserve practical tools, trusted guidance, and compassionate support when caring for loved ones.
Tonia is also the author of Menopause 101: The Book Your Mother Never Had—But You Absolutely Need and From Puberty to Menopause: Two Transitions. One Conversation. Through her writing, she seeks to improve health literacy, spark meaningful conversations about women's health, and empower individuals across generations with knowledge and confidence.
Her work is guided by a simple belief:
"Whether shaping public policy, leading a national technology initiative, educating communities, or supporting families through life's transitions, lasting impact begins with knowledge, connection, compassion, and service."
